White-Label Flameless Devices

White-label means selling the Eburn device under your own brand. You get the finished flameless, windproof electric combustion device — your logo, your colorway where available, your packaging — and we handle the hardware, supply and support behind it. It's the fastest way to put a genuinely new device on your shelf with your name on it, because the product already exists and ships at scale.

White-label vs private-label vs OEM

The terms get used loosely, so here's how we use them:

 White-label / private-labelOEM / custom
What changesBranding, packaging, (where available) colorwayThe device itself — design, features, form factor
Starting pointThe existing Eburn deviceA spec or concept you bring
Speed to marketFast — the product is proven and in productionLonger — engineering & tooling

Most brands and retailers start with white-label to get to market fast, then move to OEM if they want a device that's uniquely theirs.

Custom colors, your brand

The pocket device comes in a range of colors, plus a standard anodized metal finish. If the color you want isn't in the range, we'll create it at the 1,000-piece minimum.

Why white-label this device

Electric combustion is a new category, and "windproof, waterproof, flameless" is a story customers immediately understand. White-labeling it means you launch into that category with your name on it — without the cost and time of designing hardware from scratch. You're branding a finished product, not funding R&D.

We're a hardware company, so we're comfortable being the engine behind your brand: the device is ours to make, the brand is yours to build. We don't ask you to credit us, and we don't put our marketing claims in your customers' hands — your packaging is yours.

Pricing and minimums

Most manufacturers make you fill in a form before they'll quote a number. Here are ours for the pocket Eburn device:

That's an honest starting figure rather than a quote — the final number moves with volume, colorway count and packaging scope. Tell us the order and we'll price it properly.

What's in the box

Each unit ships retail-ready: your custom packaging, the device, a USB-C cable, cleaning tools and a user manual. A finished product for your shelf, not a component to assemble.

How it works

  1. Tell us your brand and volume. Channel, target launch, rough quantities.
  2. We quote your order. Branding options, colorways, final pricing and lead times for your volume.
  3. You approve artwork & samples. Logo, packaging and any available colorway, confirmed on a sample.
  4. We produce & ship. Your branded device, with restocks on an agreed cadence.

White-label FAQ

What's the difference between white-label and OEM?

White-label (also called private-label) rebrands the existing Eburn device — fastest to market. OEM builds a device to your own specification. Start with white-label for speed; move to OEM when you want a device that's uniquely yours.

How does our logo go on the device?

Silk screen printing is what we recommend, and what the quoted price assumes — it holds up well on an anodized finish and is the most cost-effective method at these volumes. Another method? Tell us and we'll quote it.

What can be customized?

Branding and packaging as standard, plus your choice of colorway — a range of colors is available alongside a standard anodized metal finish, and new colors can be created at the 1,000-piece minimum. Changes to the device itself are an OEM project.

What are the minimums and pricing?

The pocket Eburn device starts at $9.00 per unit to you, factory-direct, with an MOQ of 2,000 pieces per model and 1,000 pieces per colorway for a custom color. That's a wholesale cost, not a retail price — we don't publish an MSRP and yours is your own. Those are starting figures — volume, colorway count and packaging scope move the final number. Lead times are shorter than a custom build because the device is already in production.

Do we have to mention Green Lion Innovations?

No. White-label means the product carries your brand. Required regulatory or safety markings still apply, but the consumer-facing brand is yours.
