White-label means selling the Eburn device under your own brand. You get the finished flameless, windproof electric combustion device — your logo, your colorway where available, your packaging — and we handle the hardware, supply and support behind it. It's the fastest way to put a genuinely new device on your shelf with your name on it, because the product already exists and ships at scale.
White-label vs private-label vs OEM
The terms get used loosely, so here's how we use them:
| White-label / private-label | OEM / custom | |
|---|---|---|
| What changes | Branding, packaging, (where available) colorway | The device itself — design, features, form factor |
| Starting point | The existing Eburn device | A spec or concept you bring |
| Speed to market | Fast — the product is proven and in production | Longer — engineering & tooling |
| Best for | A house-brand product, quickly | A differentiated device you own outright |
Most brands and retailers start with white-label to get to market fast, then move to OEM if they want a device that's uniquely theirs.
What you get
- A proven device. The Eburn flameless electric combustion device — rechargeable, windproof, waterproof — already designed, tested and in production. See how it works and the specifications.
- Your brand on it. Logo and packaging as standard; colorways and accessory options depending on volume.
- Supply you can plan around. Made in-house by Green Lion Innovations — consistent production, replacement parts and a roadmap, not a one-off run.
- One point of contact. Hardware, compliance documentation and restocks through us.
What you're actually putting your name on
The spec sheet in one list — this is what your customer gets, and what your packaging can claim:
- Pocket-sized power. 111.13 × 40.72 × 26 mm and about 105 g — built to be carried, not parked on a table.
- Instant combustion, 0 heat-up time. Press the button and it's ready — no waiting for an element to reach temperature.
- Push-button operation. No torch, no lighter, no flame to shield.
- Windproof and waterproof. No flame means nothing for wind to blow out or rain to kill. See windproof & waterproof.
- Rechargeable, USB-C. A 600 mAh cell at 3.6 V (≈ 2.2 Wh). No fuel to buy, refill or spill.
- Premium build. An anodized aluminium body around a sealed, flameless heating assembly.
Custom colors, your brand
Why white-label this device
Electric combustion is a new category, and "windproof, waterproof, flameless" is a story customers immediately understand. White-labeling it means you launch into that category with your name on it — without the cost and time of designing hardware from scratch. You're branding a finished product, not funding R&D.
- A category with no incumbent. There's no established brand to out-spend here and no price anchor to fight — the vocabulary is still being written.
- Premium margins. New category, factory-direct cost, and a product that doesn't invite a like-for-like price comparison.
- Retail-ready out of the box. Custom packaging, not a bag of parts — it goes straight on the shelf.
- Factory-direct. You're buying from the company that builds it. No importer, no middleman margin.
- 100% your brand. We handle the hardware; you take the credit.
We're a hardware company, so we're comfortable being the engine behind your brand: the device is ours to make, the brand is yours to build. We don't ask you to credit us, and we don't put our marketing claims in your customers' hands — your packaging is yours.
Pricing and minimums
Most manufacturers make you fill in a form before they'll quote a number. Here are ours for the pocket Eburn device:
- From $9.00 per unit to you, at MOQ — factory-direct, no middleman. That's your wholesale cost, not a shelf price; what you retail it for is your call.
- MOQ 2,000 pieces per model.
- Colorways from 1,000 pieces per color. A range of colors is available, plus a standard anodized metal finish; new colors can be created at that minimum.
- Your logo, silk screened. Our recommended method — durable on an anodized finish, and what the price above assumes.
- Custom retail-ready packaging with your logo, as standard.
That's an honest starting figure rather than a quote — the final number moves with volume, colorway count and packaging scope. Tell us the order and we'll price it properly.
What's in the box
Each unit ships retail-ready: your custom packaging, the device, a USB-C cable, cleaning tools and a user manual. A finished product for your shelf, not a component to assemble.
How it works
- Tell us your brand and volume. Channel, target launch, rough quantities.
- We quote your order. Branding options, colorways, final pricing and lead times for your volume.
- You approve artwork & samples. Logo, packaging and any available colorway, confirmed on a sample.
- We produce & ship. Your branded device, with restocks on an agreed cadence.

White-label FAQ
What's the difference between white-label and OEM?
White-label (also called private-label) rebrands the existing Eburn device — fastest to market. OEM builds a device to your own specification. Start with white-label for speed; move to OEM when you want a device that's uniquely yours.
How does our logo go on the device?
Silk screen printing is what we recommend, and what the quoted price assumes — it holds up well on an anodized finish and is the most cost-effective method at these volumes. Another method? Tell us and we'll quote it.
What can be customized?
Branding and packaging as standard, plus your choice of colorway — a range of colors is available alongside a standard anodized metal finish, and new colors can be created at the 1,000-piece minimum. Changes to the device itself are an OEM project.
What are the minimums and pricing?
The pocket Eburn device starts at $9.00 per unit to you, factory-direct, with an MOQ of 2,000 pieces per model and 1,000 pieces per colorway for a custom color. That's a wholesale cost, not a retail price — we don't publish an MSRP and yours is your own. Those are starting figures — volume, colorway count and packaging scope move the final number. Lead times are shorter than a custom build because the device is already in production.
Do we have to mention Green Lion Innovations?
No. White-label means the product carries your brand. Required regulatory or safety markings still apply, but the consumer-facing brand is yours.
